Safety:- All our employees at mine & processing unit take precautionary measures and wear protective gears like Boots, Helmets, reflective jackets. Masks are mandatory for all the employees to protect them from harmful lung disease like Silicosis (which happens in the long run due to continuous inhalation of Silica).

Child Labour Policy:- We have strict policy against Child Labour. All our premises restricts child labour from participating in mining and processing activity. We take immense care of this policy and ensure that this policy is strictly followed by our supervisors which we monitor through CCTV's installed.
